Want to return or exchange an item? No problem! It’s simple.
To return/exchange an item simply:
Send us an email to email@example.com
attn:"Returns & Exchanges" and kindly state the reason for the return / exchange.
Fill in the exchange / return form with full contact details: Name, phone, mail and the item that you are interested in returning or exchanging.
If you are exchanging an item, simply note the size of choice.
Ship the product back to us:

When your return/exchange item/s arrive/s, we will notify you by email.
Kindly try to maintain items in their original condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org
within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product
Sale items may not be returned
You can replace any product that is not on sale within 14 days of receiving the item/s
You can return a product within 2 business days for full credit.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of items return, credited to the credit card from which the original order was placed.
The refund will be carried out under the same conditions of the original transaction.
Swimwear and lingerie are not interchangeable or returned in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
