Changed your mind? You may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return:

Please return the item with proof of purchase and, where possible, in its original condition with all tags attached.

REFUNDS

For a cancellation that is not due to a defect, mismatch or late delivery, we may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Return delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with applicable law.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives defective, does not match its description or was not delivered on time, please contact us within 14 days. No cancellation fee will be charged, and MADE.PLACE will arrange the return at its expense.

EXCHANGES

To request a different size or item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on availability. Return and reshipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EXCEPTIONS

Items made or altered to your personal specifications may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Sealed products that cannot legally be returned after opening must remain sealed. Gift card refunds and promotional purchases are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any right granted under Israeli law. Eligible senior citizens, new immigrants and persons with disabilities may have an extended cancellation period where the legal conditions apply.
